My passion for teaching…

It’s the very same curiosity towards my instrument and its nature that brought me to develop as a teacher. Evolving as a musician means to come back over and over to basic techniques, demanding a sense of advanced auto-critique and discipline. As a teacher, it pushes you to have the clearest analysis of what the instruments demands of the player while formulating it in a simple and accessible way.

Having already build up experience as a regular substitute in the areas of Basel and Utrecht, and as a theory teacher for no less than 6 classes for about 6 months, the practice of teaching has been growing up on me as I love offering new tools and playful ways to elaborate one’s musical discourse.
